A key element to success is having a growth mindset, which simply means that you believe in yourself and in your ability to change, learn and develop. You want to get better with challenges, believing you can improve with hard work and practice.
On the other hand, as a fixed mindset (which means you think there is no capability to improve) person when facing big challenges, you think there is no way you will overcome them and so you people give up easily.
